Elena Gilbert Age: 18 Gender: Female Canon: 4.9 OOC Permissions ▐ Backtagging: Definitely! I can vary between being pretty slow to getting to a tag a day. So, I'm 100% always open to backtag. ▐ Fourthwalling: No thank you. ▐ Offlimits: I need warnings for graphic sexual content or anything involving sexual assault. I also won't play either out. ▐ Other: Elena has dealt with a lot of very traumatic death that has resulted in some pretty intense PTSD, depression, and suicidal ideations. These won't come up unless CR gets pretty deep and even then she keeps most of it to herself. As a vampire she also has to drink blood and as a newbie does think about it a lot/not have the best control. As a canon the Vampire Diaries deals with mental compulsion powers and a lot of violent and death. If you'd prefer to avoid that, please feel free to let me know! IC Permissions ▐ Physical Contact: For sure, Elena can be a touchy feely type of person, particularly when trying to comfort someone. ▐ Mental Contact: Go for it! You'll find a mind that's dealing with a lot of guilt, shame, and emotions that she keeps carefully hidden from everyone behind a smile. ▐ Flirting & Affection: Definitely! She definitely enjoys affection and isn't intensely against a little casual flirting. Her love life is kind of the most Mess ever and she is still young and a newbie vampire with heightened emotions. So, she can vary between being super receptive to awkwardly not fully noticing. ▐ Fighting: She tries to not go to violence as a first option and will attempt to be nice/talk it out/find a way to just sacrifice herself up for violence. If she's attacked she'll fight back. She's not super experienced with fighting, with only minimal training, but she does have insane strength and speed. Blood may cause her to lose control and lash out more intensely. ▐ Injury & Death: Injury is 100% a yes, she heals fast, but blood may cause her to snap. Death is also a possibility, depends really! ▐ Other: As already mentioned, Elena's a newbie vampire so she doesn't have the best control when she smells/sees blood. It can cause her to snap and attack. I'm definitely open to playing around with that if anyone ever wants to! Powers & Abilities ▐ Doppelgänger: Doppelgänger are supernatural beings that...really don't have any super special powers themselves that they can actively use. However, their blood has a lot of supernatural uses in spells cast by witches. This has included: linking supernatural beings, binding extremely powerful curses, being used a power source like a battery, undoing really intense curses, and reversing magical spells. ▐ Vampire: Traditional vampire powers including: super strength (enough to toss a large human across a room with ease, snapping necks with ease, ripping out internal organs) super speed/reflexes (can move faster than a human can see), super agility (can jump very heigh and land on their feet after jumping hundreds of feet down), super senses (intensely enhanced sense of smell, hearing, taste, and sight), enhanced durability, enhanced healing factor (can heal from most physical damage within seconds), immortality, mind compulsion (can influence and control the thoughts/emotions/behavior of others and erase memories), telepathy (weak in most that allows them to enter minds by touching, it's one of the harder abilities to learn and she has even tried it yet), dream manipulation (controlling dreams and creating dreamscapes, much easier to learn but she also hasn't started to learn that), fangs that can rip through nearly anything.
